For over 40 years the directors of Stainless UK have pioneered the use of stainless steel in high temperature applications such as oil and gas, power generation and petrochem. They understand their customer's needs for high corrosion resistant, certified, quality products to be manufactured to individual specifications quickly and efficiently and have continually invested in suitable production processes and high stock levels to achieve this.
WHAT WE DO
Stainless UK Ltd is a specialist stockholder and processor of Stainless steel for oil and gas, power generation, petrochem and other heat resistant applcations.
CERTIFICATION AND QUALITY
Stainless UK is a BS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certified company and operates a Management System in accordance with BS ISO 14001 and BS ISO 18001. Stainless UK is also a CE certified fabricator to Execution Class 2 of BS EN 1090-2.
Stainless steel and nickle alloys are suitable for many applications requiring the use of high temperature steel.
In furnaces for example, stainless steel and nickle alloys can be used for components which pass through the furnace such as baskets, trays, racks and conveyor parts which are subject to both thermal and mechanical shock or elements which remain in the furnace such as support beams, hearth plates, muffels, lining and rails.
Stainless stells and nickle alloys are also used for applications which require both resistace to high temperatures and corrosion. These include boilers, exhaust systems, condensors and reaction vessles.
Stainless UK can supply a wide range of high temperature resistant steels and nickle alloys products for use in a wide range of high temperature industrial applications.
Stainless UK have extensive in-house production facilities and an experienced workforce which enables products to be manufactured to customers individual specifications. In-house production facilities include Press Braking, Plate Punching, Plate Shearing, Laser and Plasma Cutting and Profiling, Thread Rolling, Machining and Welding.
